You fly on
your first
lesson.
Electric hydrofoil lessons on the South China Sea. No waves, no wind, no engine noise — one wing under the board lifts you a metre above the water. Most people are flying inside the first 60 minutes.

01 — What you are standing on
A board, a wing,
and a silent motor.
Under the board sits a hydrofoil — a small aircraft wing on a mast. A battery-powered propeller pushes you forward; past walking pace the wing generates lift and the hull leaves the water entirely. The slapping stops, the noise stops. You are flying.
Nine out of ten first-timers get there inside the hour
Flat water
No waves needed, no wind needed. Da Nang bay is glass most mornings — that is exactly why this works here.
Near-silent
Electric motor, no exhaust, no roar. You hear the water, your instructor, and nothing else.
Zero experience
You do not need to surf, skate, or swim well. You need to be able to stand up and let go of the throttle.
02 — Your first 60 minutes
Beach to flight,
in four steps.
Your instructor is in the water next to you for the whole hour. Nobody gets pushed off a board and wished luck.

06 — Before you book
Do I need to know how to surf?
No. Roughly nine out of ten of our riders have never stood on a board before. Balance on a foil is closer to riding a bike than to surfing — once you feel it, your body keeps it.
Is it dangerous?
You wear a helmet and an impact vest, the instructor is in the water beside you the entire time, and there is a rescue board on standby. The propeller is caged and cuts out the moment you release the throttle or fall.
What if I do not fly in the first hour?
Most people do. If you do not, you will still have stood up and moved under your own control — and you will know exactly what to fix. Follow-up lessons are the same price, no penalty for needing a second one.
Can my kid ride?
Yes. Kids under 14 have their own lesson price and a shorter tandem option, so they can feel the flight with the instructor driving before trying it alone. Confident swimmers only.
What should I bring?
Swimwear, a towel, sunscreen and water. We provide the board, the battery, the helmet and the impact vest. Leave your phone with us on the sand — we will not drop it.
Which language does the instructor speak?
Lessons run in English, Vietnamese and Russian. Tell us which one you want when you message and we will match you.
